Wedding Consulting Hourly Consultations For the couple that does not need a full package, but help only in specific areas of the planning process. Consultations include, but are not limited to: • Vendor recommendations • Budget consultation • Wedding venue search • Contract negotiations • Etiquette concerns • This includes a helpful planning checklist and budget planning form. Signature Planning Services Partial Planning & Consulting Service For the couple that has begun the planning process, but needs additional assistance, this service includes additional consultations needed to finalize all details via phone, e-mail or scheduled meeting. • We will refer, and assist in, remaining vendor selections as well as finalize all wedding details. • We also act as liaison between the couple and vendors and create a detailed timeline of the event. • Assist and organize out of town guest accommodations, welcome baskets and transportation. • Oversee and facilitate the flow of the reception so you can enjoy and experience your event completely without worry or stress. Full Service Planning & Design From “Will you” to “I do”: This package offers assistance with all of your wedding details, including all above outlined services and unlimited consultations via phone, e-mail or scheduled meeting. This really gives us a chance to get to know the couple and orchestrate an extraordinary event reflecting their unique personality and style. Wedding Weekend Coordination Assisting with your planning needs one month prior to the wedding weekend; including all details of your wedding day and free initial one hour consultation. We work with the couple to create a detailed timeline of the weekend of events, including: • Organizing Transportation and Pre & Post Activity Coordination. • We contact and confirm with vendor services and oversee and facilitate the flow of the wedding day. • Personally tend to needs of bride and groom throughout the reception, guiding the couple throughout the day and keeping the wedding on schedule. • We will be there on the ceremony rehearsal and wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly.
