Kristin is a proud member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, a world wide professional organization and also serves on the board of directors for Rhode Island Wedding Group alongside some of Rhode Island's most talented wedding vendors.   Kristin grew up by the ocean in historic Newport, Rhode Island, and was drawn to the hospitality industry, finding her niche in event planning. Her creativity is coupled with a diverse wealth of experience gained over ten years in the industry; from customer service, event management and catering sales, to specializing in full service event planning. Among her experiences was the opportunity and pleasure to work with the Food Network's "Unwrapped" in July 2004 and September 2005 and with the Travel Channel's "Taste of America" in Spring of 2006. In 2008 she opened the doors to her own business, Details with Love - Wedding Consulting & Event Planning. Although the foundation of the business began with a love for wedding planning, Details with Love manages and designs a variety of social, corporate and non-profit events.   “I am highly passionate about creating, producing and orchestrating extraordinary events for my clients.
